In our factory, we can produce any metal spare part or a newly engineered one for any kind of machine. There is a wide range of possible products we can produce - from the tiniest piston rings to the bigest parts of our products.

Mostly, we produce parts for internal combustion engines (both diesel and gasoline-powered engines) for any kind of machine or vehicle (both naval and land).

Some of our products so far include parts (following an engineer's design) for boats and vessels, custom built parts for heavy machinery, spare parts for cars (especially old timer cars), spare parts for vans or trucks, parts for locomotives etc.

Piston Rings
We produce piston rings for compressors and engines in smaller series with dimensions ranging from an I.D. (Internal Diameter) of 15 mm up to 900 mm.
During the technological process, we are using the most advanced methods to continuously monitor the chemical composition of the involved raw materials. By doing so, we ensure high quality end products.
In piston rings production, the most important parameter is to define the tangential force F1. It is the force that exerts pressure on cylinder liner walls. F1 is defined in our manufacturing process thereby to ensure the most optimal results complied with other parts of cylinder set. Piston rings for compressors and engines made during our production are in special relations (by their chemical composition) with cylinder liners material.
The difference in their chemical composition varies up to 8%. Due to this difference, we successfully achieved that the parameters of cylinders assemblies; dynamic characteristics together with time of their exploitations are fully complied with world standard regulations.
We produce piston rings that can be at their endings: foldable piston rings, flat piston rings, wiping piston rings, oiled piston rings, notched (clawed) piston rings, angled piston rings, one-sided and both sided trapezoidal piston rings, chrome-plated, phosphate and nitrated piston rings, piston rings made from TEFLON, flatted piston rings with thickness from 0,5 mm up to 1 mm.

Connecting Rods
In our factory, connecting rods are produced within a technological process of special casting. Along with connecting rods, we produce crankshaft bearings: main bearings and big-end bearings in dimensions from an I.D: 20 mm up to 80 mm.
We are able to produce even a single crankshaft bearing on client's demand.
A crankshaft bearing, no matter if it is main or big-end bearing, consists mostly from two half sleeves. With allowed crankshaft ovality up to 0,02 mm and mandatory grinding of crankshaft sliding surfaces (except in case when a crankshaft is new), we produce crankshaft bearings in a measure which corresponds to their working conditions to the gap of 0,04 mm-0,05 mm in relation to crankshaft journals.
Why is there a gap? Because a crankshaft bearing actually doesn't ever come in contact with crankpin of crankshaft. Crankpin is allways rotating inside the bearing which lies stable in crankshaft or in a cylinder block and thus contact from bearing and its journal took place on a film of oil. Therefore, a total tolerance of 0,04-0,05 mm or 0,02mm at each side is acceptable.
Manufacturing of crankshaft bearings has been subjected under special conditions in our company, as already mentioned before.

Pistons
In our factory, we also produce pistons for compressors and engines within dimensions from I.D.20 mm up to I.D. 500 mm.
Raw materials used in the productin process are strictly defined either by the client's specifications definied through tehnical documentation or by providing chemical analysis of a sample which should be copied.
All of our piston castings are subjected to an ultrasonical scaning process in order to check for eventual structural imperfections occurred during the high-pressure casting process. Only castings without any imperfection are processed further in the manufacturing process.
Furthermore, all processed pistons are subjected to a precise digital control of their dimensions.
We offer single-piece production (when there is a need of only one piston) and serial production of pistons. In both production processes, a model is formed for pretesting; in single-piece production, it is a special model based on epoxy resins, while in serial production, the model is based on so called „ingot moulds“. Both models are subjected to pressure casting which directly influences the piston dilation during its working process.
We are able to produce special pistons made out from NODULAR GRAPHITE CAST IRON and used in the piston set in engines like the PIELSTICK 12 PA 4V engine (an engine that achieves 2200 kW within its 12 pistons).

Cylinder Liners
Cylinder liners are subjected to centrifugal casting process which ensures controlled material structure.
On demand, we are able to define a special „perlitic structure“ with controlled CARBON proportion. Thereby, we achieve cylinder liners which are identical in their chemical composition to cylinder liners produced by other well known world manufacturers. Subsequently, all the crucial parameters can be met: elastic modulus and Rockwell (RC) material hardnesses.
After a rough production process, our cylinder liners are subjected to a primary and secondary heat treatment. Following a secondary heat treatment where the pre-defined hardness in Rockwell (RC) is achieved, cylinder liners are passed to a final smooth finishing production process.
This allows us to produce cylinder liners for marine engines like the „SULZER“ or the „PIELSTICK“.
We issue a warranty of 6.000 working hours for our liners.
In terms of dimensions, we can produce cylinder liners up to I.D. 500 mm and length of 740 mm, of course, with all the neccessary working parameters that ensure product warranty if all pre-defined crucial conditions have been respected (pistons tolerances, lubrication, adequate type of oil, proper cooling mode etc.)
